Error Loading WSDL

I am attempting to create a new Project in SOAP UI (4.6.4) using a WSDL that works for a co-worker. I continue to get a error message "Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL"

Anyone else ever encountered this for a WSDL that can be loaded with no problem for someone else?
