Error Loading WSDL

Dear Expert,

i clicked on File -> New soapUI Project -> Entered Project name and Initial WSDL/WADL url and clicked on ok
i am getting error message saying

Error Loading WSDL

"Error loading [http://www.mobilefish.com/services/web_service/countries.php?wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Reference to undefined entity: nbs"


and logs also displaying
Fri Mar 01 23:57:26 IST 2013:ERROR:Failed to load url [http://www.mobilefish.com/services/web_service/countries.php?wsdl]
Fri Mar 01 23:57:26 IST 2013:ERROR:An error occured [com.eviware.soapui.impl.support.definition.support.InvalidDefinitionException], see error log for details
