You are missing host file details on your machine. This is the path:-
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Here, check the IP addresses. You are missing the host address for that particular service.
Or you may have used wrong URL.

Normally, This issue occurs when you have wrong host data in host file. One question here, Are you using any SSL certificate for this API?
