Encoding issue

In my API request, I sent : àéèíìóòúùÀÉÈ

It is reject by my API with error message: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.

But in the request header, I've already set UTF-8.

This is a P2 bug. please fix.
