Enable/Disable WS-Reliable Messaging programmatically

Hello, How could I enable or disable WS-Reliable Messaging for a given TestStep, TestCase programmatically? I plan to put this code in an event handler.

should be same thing there.. ie

testCase.wsrmEnabled = true/false
