Editor settings (Size) is not applied after reopening SOAPUI
Editor settings (Font size) is not applied after reopening SOAPUI in script editor window.

Hi,
Strange. It should work.
Ok, once you click on Save Preferences in the File menu check the soapUI log whether any exception in saving the settings.
