eclipse plugin tab focus

Symptom: once you select a soapUI tab in a non-soapUI perspective, every time you switch between Eclipse and another application, the soapUI tab will become your focused tab when you switch back to Eclipse even if it wasn't how you left Eclipse.

Steps to reproduce:

1. start eclipse with Java EE perspective


2. select soapUI perspective


3. open a cloned Test Step from a generated Test Case in a new tab


4. select Java EE perspective and select a .java file as your currently selected tab (this might happen automatically when you switch to the Java EE perspective)


5. select the soapUI Test Step tab as your currently selected tab


6. select the .java file as your currently selected tab


7. command-tab to another application besides Eclipse


8. command-tab back to Eclipse


9. the soapUI tab will come to the foreground as the currently selected tab
