Do I need a feedback wire on a ramp generator?

I have a soapui runner being fed by a ramp up generator, and I also have a feedback wire going back into the top of the generator. It just occured to me that I probably don't need this as I'm assuming...

Hi,

You're correct in your assumption that a feedback-wire is only needed when using a Fixed Load Generator. For all other generators, a feedback-wire should not affect the test in any way.
