Designing Test Case of SoapUI load testing

Hi

our client wants the following scenario in SOAPUI for load testing.

Ramp up 2 users in every 5 seconds
Start the load with 2 users and will ramp up to 200 users with the time gap of 5 seconds each.

Can anybody help me designing Test case for SoapUI load testing.

    I'd read this article, explain to the client why those requirements does not match reality very well, and then use loadUI to do the testing.
