Hey tgebhardt
When you say the 'Configure Git' button "does nothing" - do you mean you're clicking on the button and there is no visible change?
What's the current state of the projects when you select the 'Configure Git' button? Is the project already saved as a composite OR is the project still a single flat .xml file?
The reason I ask -
1. I haven't got any composite projects, but I'm running v3.20.0 and my 'Configure Git' button launched a 'Configure Git' window which asks if I want to convert to composite
2. the logging youve attached appears to indicate the composite file was successfully created (the last line in your logging)
Did your project folder icon in your Project Explorer display a 'c'? (this means youre looking at a composite project)
An alternative to the 'Configure Git' button (if selecting a flat .xml file) is to right click on the project to launch the context menu, select 'Git' >> 'Enable Version Control' - this will create the composite files in the same directory that the flat .xml file is located.
If you are selecting flat files and neither button or context menu is working - try and restart ReadyAPI! If a restart of the application doesn't work, then I'd advocate reinstalling ReadyAPI just to reset things as my v3.20.0 appears to be working fine.
Cheers,
Rich
