1. If you use PRO specific features, these will not work in regular soapUI (Open Source). However, you can run them using soapUI PRO in courtesy mode (without a license, or with an expired license).
2. Same as above, the testrunner.bat included with soapUI PRO can run these tests, and does not require a license.
3. Probably, but to make sure you may want to open the older project in the newer version of soapUI to make sure there are no problems before you run it using the testrunner.
4. There is only one major change related to REST projects (betweem 3.0 and 3.5) that may cause problems. Opening the older project in a new version of soapUI should update the project using a wizard if needed.
