Cloning existing project from Github project in to ReadyAPI

I am trying to clone a ReadyAPI Project (Created by other team member) from Github into ReadyAPI tool. I followed the document on SmartBear site. It did not give complete steps for Git cloning. Once I enter the Repository URL then  another window opens to enter 'Clone to' location with Browse option. When I selected a local empty folder It didn' t clone and consistently I see the same error saying - 'The Project directory must be existing empty directory'.

Can some one please help?

Thanks!

Not really sure about git integration with the readyapi tool.

But one can always use the git tool, to achieve what is needed as it is designed for that purpose.
At times it can be difficult accommodate all functionality or complex tasks in the tool.

Once you clone, you can import the project into readyapi.

Thanks for the reply. I see Gitbash is there. But many of the team members are not comfortable in using Gitbash.

ReadyAP has git functionality and Git cloning document is also there on SmartBear site. But It is incomplete.
