Checking for non occurence of a tag

Hi Everyone
Im using soap UI 3.0 and recently encountered a situation in which I needed to check that a paticular tag should not occur in my response XML.

Can anybody please help me out on how can I achieve this??

    How about an XPath Match with and expression of

    [tt:15cpseyc]not(//path_to_element)[/tt:15cpseyc]

    and an Expected Result of 'true'?
