Certificate of completion

I completed the SoapUI Pro Computer Based Training (CBT), however the Certificate of Completion that was generated does not display my Name instead it shows "[FIRST NAME] [LAST NAME]".

 

Any idea how I can get the certificate with my name printed on it?
