cData Tags in soapui Request

Hi all
I currently have a request containing cData Tags
example <reportText> <![CDATA[Joe is ReALly the CoOl]]></reportText>
it looks like soapui strips the tags off when sending the request
is there away to keep the cData tags?
When sending a rrequest ..?
I have tried setting the pretty print property to off. didnt help

    Hello,

    Can you check if maybe you do not have some event handler defined that removes them?
