Can't reach serviceV from external clients.

I have created a REST virt in the ServiceV tab of ReadyAPI so that I can control all aspects of the system under test. When I try to access the virt from the system under test, I get the following er...

have the same issue. I am just trying to hit the Service from another PC. Works fine with previous version of SoapUI

 

 

Error Message:

 

"Error 403 Can't reach serviceV from external clients."
