Can't open a test case

When double clicking on a test case in windows I get the following message. Anyone know why I am getting this ?

 

ERROR:java.lang.IllegalStateException: Test case run with test case id : doesn't belong to test case run history with test case

    Delete the db folder from userfolder\.readyapi\db

    Set java property -Dtest.history.disabled=true in the vmoptions file in Ready API installation\bin folder

    Close and restart Ready API
