Cant load/Import an xml project to SOAPUI Pro 5.1.2

Is it happening on a specific machine ? reproducible on different machines too? And I believe that 10gb is too much, may not be used as well.

      What is the size of the project ? And am curious where that project was build?

        The file I am trying to import is for an example - myproject.xml and it is 36.5MB.
        It was build long before and we are adding up the test cases in the same project. 

        And again, I tried to import older version of the same project and it worked fine but we will miss lot of our recent data in this case.

        Please let me know if you need any information.
