Can't load properties from external file in UI

Hi, I'm trying to load properties from an external file. I'm running SoapUI 4.5.1 on Windows 7. The file contents look something like this: dog cat horse cow ... Specifying file name ...

When you say "check off" I presume you mean that you have checked the check box, because this setting needs to be enabled.
Also, I'm a bit curious if the dot in the folder name might cause some issues. Could you temporary try to rename the folder?
