Can't get download to work

Hi, I am new to Soap UI, and registered for the free two week trial of SoapUI Pro, and received my license in my email. However, when I click on "download", nothing happens. I would have posted this in the Soap UI Pro support area, but there are no "post topic" buttons there.

So far I am striking out here...anyone know what's going on?
