I have had the exact same issue for the past six months. The parser - for some reason doesn't like something in the XML.
I can generate a request - then take that request and read it in a java program I wrote and retrieve the response, but from soap ui, I get the same error. So I know the request is created correctly.
What baffles me - is from the java program i wrote in netbeans - it is using the network/proxy and the response comes back as it should. Leads me to believe it is something dealing with the proxy setting(s) in soapui that is not being interpreted the same....
If someone comes up with a solution, please post it. Of course the problem is - if you don't get this error, you won't be able to reproduce it on the fly if it is something dealing with the particular proxy I am on versus what soapui does with it.
