Cannot renew license of type [TRIAL] to different type [PROF

one of our SoapUI Pro user is trying to upgrade from Trial license to paid Pro License. getting following error while trying to update the license. Cannot renew license of type [TRIAL] to differen...

Hi!

Problem is that a renewal will not work on a trial license, you need to have a "normal" pro license installed. Please either try to install the old license you are renewing from, or if that has expired please get in touch with support@eviware.com so they can generate a temporary license for you.
