Hi MD01,
Usually, it's required to run ReadyAPI tests from Jenkins. Could you please explain a bit your test scenario? Why do you need to trigger Jenkins jobs through ReadyAPI? Perhaps, we can suggest an alternative solution. I see that Jenkins provides API - so you can use it to get access to the target job. Here is an example:
