Can SOAP UI PRO V be used for virtualizing web services ?

Hello all,   I need to know if SOAP UI PRO V  be used for virtualizing SOAP based web services ? OR is it only RESTFUL APIs? Does it support https?   Would appreciate your help.   Thanks

I would also like to know what kind of support is provided by ServiceV upon procuring the license?

 

I have worked on other virtualisation tools like CA LISA. There is an on call support, priority based ticket support, etc.

 

How is support handled in ServiceV ?
