can requests to webservices be called from outside SoapUI

For testRunner, it's just a GUI tool to generate the command. Read through the end. So you don't need to launch the GUI more than once after getting the command.

For the other piece, it tells you to add the code to a SoapUI event (http://www.soapui.org/Scripting-Propert ... dlers.html).
