Broken Links SoapUI Pro Download - Getting Started

Just completed the download of SoapUI Pro and was looking to pick up some tips in the "Getting started with SoapUI Pro" - but the links are kicking back 404 "Sorry, but the content you requested could not be found" for the first 3 sections.
