breakpoint / Pause in a testcase

Hello,
Some times I find it necessary to debug and check the database to see what is going on as the test are running. It would be really nice to have a feature where you can specify that 'pause' a testcase so I can do some debugging.

Currently I do this by putting in some sort of delay. It woks but debugging capabilities would be better.
