bat file not outputting a report

Hey everyone, I've set up a .bat file to file a report once finished, but when the file finishes running, I get an error in the cmd window that says "Reports do not exists!" and no report is filed. this is how my bat file looks:

loadUI-cmd.bat -r "C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\loadUI-2.1.1\TestFolder" -F TXT -p TestProject.XML

Can anyone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong?
