Authentication Settings shows password in clear

I'm testing a Web Service protected by Basic Auth. When entering the username/password for authentication in the "Aut" tab at the bottom of a Request, the password is echoed in clear, obviously not a good thing to have. I believe the password text field should be changed to "password" type and echo * or similar character
