Agents stuck at "Connecting..."

Hi, I'm evaluating loadUI for my company

I have 3 agents running:
One on the local machine and two on other machines on my network
When I choose to add an agent, I get all three appearing in the list "Agents detected in your network"
No matter what order I connect, the local machine agents connects successfully and I can run distrubuted test.
For any machine out on the network, the loadUI sits at status "Connecting..." for each agent
Any help would be appreciated
