Add condition expression to every step

It would be nice to have conditional steps or even test cases. It could be very helpfull to have expression like ${true} to be checked before test step execution.

I beleive you need just expose testStep/testCase disabled attribute in test properties list so user can easily set custom expression and not only hardcoded true/false.

and update testRunner to show in log if step was skipped due to condition expression.
