Add Assertion options missing

All of the options except for "Contains" are visible for selection. This bug seem random upon different pc installation. On my laptop, only "Not contains" and "XPath Match" are available. The issue is apparent in both 4.5.0 and 4.5.1 pro. If anyone can provide some insight, I would greatly appreciate it as I am evaluating which testing tools my company will be using.
