access to testRunner in script assertion

Hi!

not consistently since assertions can be evaluated even when the containing testcase is not running. What do you need it for?

There is a case where I need to run a dynamic test step to get data to use for the assertion.  I guess I can put it in a soap script test step.  Just isn't as clean
