401 Unauthorized for SOAPUI calls

When I run a REST based test for a service, I was getting 401 Unauthorized in response header. It was  simple GET method. The developer told that they authorize the requests based on the IP address of the incoming requests and they save all valid IP address in a Oracle DB. I tried providing my IP address(IPv4) address by typing "IPCONFIG" in CMD prompt. But, it would not work. So, I tried to add my public IP from the website http://www.whatismypublicip.com/. It is still not working.

How do I find with what IP my SOAPUI is sending the request to the endpoint that I have mentioned in the script ? Is there a way for me to set a specific IP ?
