401 Not Authorized

I am trying to access http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/geojsonp/2.5/week using SOAP UI. Its working from home , but its giving 401 Un Authorized error behind my office network . Is there a...

Can you access the mentioned link from office network using a browser?

    Yes, I was able to open it using web browser
