Hmm. Just logged out of my 3.62.0 RAPI instance and logged back in with no problem.
It might be worth submitting a support ticket.

Yeah thanks :) I did open a ticket, they suggested uninstall/reinstall. That didn't solve it, so I still had my 3.61.0 install file so I reverted without issue. I'm just going to blink and next version will be out, lol.

Hi.
I recently had the same issue. Support recommended to:
Delete all .key and .dat files from the installation directory (C:\Users\<username>\.readyapi\) to remove any cached license data.
I had an "authorization.dat" & "license-info.dat" which after removing made the button act again as normal. Potentially you'll need also a fresh installation. V3.63 is out as of today, but don't see any bug fix on this, so assume you'll still need to do this action to fix it.
