Hi
It would really depend on the area's of interest and whether you are looking at test management from ranging from releases, requirements, test management or defects.
The SaaS version provides allot of reports that would cover the majority of reporting requirements however if you are looking to do some further customization then you would need the On-Premise version to customize reports using crystal reports

I was under the impression that the On Premise version was being retired.

Ekiza23,
I wasn't aware that the On Premise version was going to be retired. I just purchased it back in March of this year.
Do you use SaaS? What reports do you find helpful for test management and tracking your testers work, and defects reported?

We were going to purchase the OnPremise this Summer, but shortly before we made the call to go for QAComplete the licensing policy was modified and the OnPremise wasn't available anymore.
We haven't got enough data yet to tell which are the most useful reports. Sorry.
