User Gets Error When Running Report, But I Dont

I have a user who is trying to run a specific custom created report.  He can run it against one project, but he receives errors when running it against other projects.  However, I can run it against all reports without issue.  This is user specific.



This is the error he generates, which I found in the Admin Error Logs...
