Unable to start TestComplete (TestExecute)

When I run TestComplete tests from QAComplete I got an error "Unable to start TestComplete (TestExecute)" I just created the project in TestComplete, add my Selenium test there. Everything is ok. If...

I found the solution.
I had to add this https://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/76777/ to TestComplete project
