Report for # of times a test has been run?

We have our test library broken into groups (release 1, release 2, etc), and we need to report on how many times each of the tests in a particular release has been run. A breakdown of how many of those runs has passed/failed/incomplete would also be helpful.



Is there a report set up for this? I've looked, but I haven't seen it.
