QAComplete AdHoc report sorting by Folder Name not working

Hi,

 

I'm generating an AdHoc report and when I choose sorting by Folder Name it does not sort.  Sorting by other fields like Id seems to work fine.  My folder names start with numeric values like 2.2 Deliverables.  Has anyone run into the same issue?  Any suggestions?

    Hi,

     

    The issue isn't related to the Folder's names. For performance reasons, there is a limit on the amount of different values for the grouping filter. When you have more than 100 different values in a field, you cannot choose that field for grouping. 


    In your case, I suppose, you have more than 100 different values in the Folder Name column, so you cannot sort your items by the "Folder Name" field.
