Integration with Legacy system
Hi, do you provide any support to integrate with properitory and legacy tools. any kind of email integration that you support that can push out or push in data in/out from your tool

It probably depends on what you are looking for. If you can get your data out of your legacy system and into a CSV file, you can import it into ALMComplete and our other editions.
Regarding the email: ALMComplete has a Support Manager whereDefects are submitted and handled via email. You can read about it here: http://softwareplanner.com/usersguide_supportmanager.pdf
