How can I share files between Projects?

Hi!

Can you please tell if it is possible to share files ( like tests, requirements) between projects?

    I appear to be able to do this via Fast Edit menus. Administrator priviledges may be required if you do not have access to both projects.

    You can Put library into one project, then that codes can be referenced both solutions.
