Hiding custom feilds in edit section

I want to hide some custom feilds like creation date from the edit section of a test case in QA complete
Can any one help me pls

    Hi,

     

    You can manage which fields should be displayed on the Add/Edit screen of a particular entity via Setup | System Configuration | Screen Layouts | <Entity Name> | Add/Edit Screen. Please refer to the Set Screen Layouts help topic for details.
