FAQ - What is Workflow and how can I use it?

Workflow allows you to control the selection or "flow" of Status choices, so you can determine what Status can flow to another status, so your team members don't unintentionally Close something that needs to be Reviewed first. You can also set the fields that display when in a specific status and what fields are required.
