FAQ - Can Escalation Rules trigger emails to more than one team member?

When you define an escalation rule, you can trigger an email alert to go to the Assigned To team member, the Owner, or any other team member - just check the boxes for each person.

If you want to email someone other than the team members, there is a plain text box where you can enter ANY email address. Put one email address per line.
