Do NOT upgrade to version 9.8.1
Until SmartBear support resolves the "500 Internal Server Error" issue, DO NOT upgrade to version 9.8.1 We are essentially dead in the water until they provide a resolution

You will also need to have them walk you through the .NET4 framework upgrade, to resolve the problem with the support manager urls throwing 404s
