Customising email alerts
Is there any way to customise the content and style of the automated Email Alerts that get sent when a Requirement/Defect/Test Case item is updated in SoftwarePlanner?

Is there a way to customize email alerts if you do not use the On-Premise version?

SaaS users can customize email which are sent using the Send Email function: https://support.smartbear.com/qacomplete/docs/administrator/config/project/email-alerts/custom-templates.html
but, cannot customize Email Alerts, it is available only for On-Premises users: https://support.smartbear.com/qacomplete/docs/administrator/config/project/email-alerts/templates.html
