Could I sync, betrween projects, only "Defects" or "Test cases" ,.... ?

Hi.

I could sync all user-fields and choice lists between projects with a menu options.

I understand that such a function syncronizes ALL option sets (Defect, Quick tasks, Test cases ,...)



But I need to sync all user-fields and choice lists (status names too) only for "Test Cases", between two project of mine, and I don't want reset/modify "Defects" or other customized options sets in the target project.



 Is it possible?

...or have I to manually copy all fields, status and workflow from the source project?
