Cannot import test with entry like <enter this>

Anything that is within an xml file tag is getting ignored when importing the test cases from a csv file.  Is there a setting in QA Complete that is preventing this? How can I get around this without ...

Thank you for your post. In order to not have the file tags ignored, you need to turn off the "Rich Text Editor" under the "Sytem Options".
